“Clay Blogging”

Utilzing Isolina’s signature ceramic protagnaists; a series of “clay blogs” were created every week since moving to the city of New York. Alone with no money, Isolina catalogged her feelings- analog style. In this series of twelve inch Woogies, a new iconography was built, and lucky charms were assembled. Operating as personal talismen with magical powers to ward off evil, these works were made to combat the fears attributed with lonliness and nostalia. An homage to all the studio loners out there, this one’s for you.
