Join Isolina for a hands-on, 4-hour adventure in ceramics where you'll create your very own clay character! Open to all levels, Isolina will share her foolproof sculpting techniques as she helps you bring your creative visions to life. Participants will also dive into fun surface decoration tricks and learn how to use colored slips and glazes to add vibrant details. By the end of the workshop, you'll have your own 1-foot tall work which Isolina will glaze for you to cone 6. Works will be availabkle for pick up 2 weeks later.

MYTHICAL ANIMALS WORKSHOP

Inspired by global myths and ceramic history, Isolina will share her inspiration and techniques behind the way she sculpts wild beasts and creatures. Open to all levels, Isolina will share her foolproof sculpting techniques as she helps you bring your creative visions to life. Participants will also dive into fun surface decoration tricks and learn how to use colored slips and glazes to add vibrant details. Join Isolina for an intensive, 6-day bootcamp where you’ll sculpt a three-part, 5-foot figure from the ground up. Designed for intermediate and advanced students, this workshop will dive deep into Isolina’s foolproof sculpting methods, helping you bring your creative visions to life with confidence. Along the way, you’ll explore fun surface decoration techniques, figure sculpture history, kiln programming for large works, and glaze alchemy. By the end of the workshop, you’ll complete your own 5-foot tall piece, which Isolina will help you glaze and fire to cone 5.
Finished works will be ready for pickup about one month after the workshop.
